Who are registered users? 
- who have registered a RIPE account via? https://access.ripe.net
- who registered to receive a probe irrespective of whether it’s online?

Yep, this syncs with the API.

However, the geographical distribution plot uses the term, “connected probes”, 
but the stacked plot below uses the term “active probes”. 

What is the difference between connected and active probes?

It would be nice to have an associated table with hard numbers.
