[atlas] v2 in anchorv2

The V2 anchors are the current production versions of the Anchor
(Soekris hardware), whereas the V1 anchors are the boxes (Dell PowerEdge
servers) that existed during the pilot phase of the Anchor service
(technically, probe IDs 6001 - 6017)

We put the V2 site up to identify the boxes in case someone finds them
and doesn't know what they are (there are similar probev1, probev2,
probev3 sites as well) - the URL is printed on the front panel of the V2
anchors.

The only reasons that there is no V1 anchor site is because:
1) The V1 anchors were part of the initial pilot, before the anchor
service went into production.
2) The V1 anchors are just Dell PowerEdge servers that don't look any
different from any other Dell PowerEdge.
3) The V1 anchors do not have a URL printed on them, to point anyone to
a V1 website :-)
