January of this year in fact. It used to be that we didn't charge for packet size, but back in January, we opted to start charging for packet size as well as an increase in packet size would reflect an increase in traffic. We didn't want to punish users who were already running measurements though, so we grandfathered these in, which is why your old measurement cost you only 3cr per result, but your new one costs 31.25cr per result.
