We've given out a lot of probes at RIPE66 so I expect to be somewhat behind on the administration of this. You also have to register your probe at https://atlas.ripe.net/register. If our part of the administration is done (see above) *and* you register your probe using the same user account (email address) that you gave us when we gave your probe, then the process could be done in half an hour. Otherwise it needs checking on our side. Hope this helps, Robert
