[atlas] UI graphs

Hi all,

Indeed one of the machines that is serving the graphs for probes between 
2000-2499 had two issues.
First one started somewhere on mid of 5th of January, as Joachim pointed 
out, and the next one was on 8th. The result was to miss the updates for 
the RRDs.
Raw data though is still there, so theoretically we could recreate the 
RRDs if that's what you and the rest hosts of these probes want.
But in this case we will have to suspend the update of the RRDs again 
for several hours.
