We could implement it, but does it give an additional value except than 
dealing with the daily credit consumption limit[*]?
Why stopping one of your UMDs is not enough[**]? The only reason that I 
see is to have continuous graphs...

Anyhow, if people think is useful we could add it to our implementation 
list...

* We would be happy to increase your limits if you have a nice usecase. 
Just tell us...
** For your case though, since you are a beta-tester and had more 
running UDMs before we apply the limits, if you stop one of your UMDs 
you will not be able to start another one
