Hi, when charting the internet it would be useful to have an oversight about ISPs blocking ports. Especially discussions about network neutrality should be based on hard facts instead of polemic discussions. So I suggest to check the connectivity of the protocols listed in http://www.iana.org/assignments/service-names-port-numbers/service-names-port-numbers.txt once a week as built-in measurement.
