[atlas] High inbound traffic causing packet loss?

I'd think that if your network is really flooded, then a packet loss
observed by your probe is not that unexpected. Most likely it happens to
other devices too, you just don't notice because you're not constantly
measuring?

Having said this, moving the probe to behind the router will probably help.
