Hi, You could use public probes data. Currently we have ~2000 public probes, all them doing traceroutes to several fixed destinations (some are unicasted and some anycasted). This might be helpful in order to fetch the data: https://atlas.ripe.net/doc/api The difference between public probes and non public is ~300 probes, so public probes might be suitable for your study as well.
