Hi Martin, In some rare cases if the probe doesn't succeed to access any ntp server when you connect it for first time it fails to contact our register servers. Though, if you reconnect the ethernet cable, problem will be solved by itself. From what I see now, your probe is up, so I guess the issue is solved by itself.
