[RIPE Atlas Ambassadors] 1.6B credits in Feb?

Hi,

We made a few internal changes recently, one of which is that we re-assigned
the anchoring measurements to a dedicated user and forgot to filter it out
from that list.

So it's all good, except it shouldn't show up there.
