Я извиняюсь, но документ настолько сырой, что не пройдет даже юриста-практиканта у первого
моего клиента.

"Права и действия, представляемые RIPE NCC
согласно п. 4.4, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9 и 10.2,
предоставляются безотзывное и для прибыли
RIPE NCC и без подтверждения RIPE NCC."

Желаю успехов в использовании данного документа, особенно в части, не противоречащей ГК РФ.
