[regional-russia] Editorial Assistance with Policy Proposals

Dear Colleagues,

In my presentation at the RIPE NCC Regional Meeting in Moscow
earlier this month, I mentioned that the RIPE NCC is happy to
provide editorial assistance to anyone who wants to submit a
policy proposal, through the Policy Development Process. You
