[RACI-list] Review of RIPE 79 RACI presentations and Call for Applications for Spring 2020

Nine academics presented their work at RIPE 79 covering topics such as 
privacy exposure by IoT devices, DoT and DoH performance, 
sovereignisation of the Internet in Russia, Group of Border Links (GBL)

RIPE NCC Day (29 April, Tashkent): apply by 9 February 2020
RIPE 80 (11-15 May, Berlin): apply by 9 February 2020
ENOG 17 (8-9 June, Moscow): apply by 9 February 2020

At ENOG 17 and the RIPE NCC Day in Tashkent you can present in either 
Russian or English.
