[Persian-lir] Retiring the Persian-LIR list after successfully concluding its role

Dear all,

I exactly remember all the points that Hisham mentioned. Based on what
we discussed during the lunch meeting in Tehran, this mailing list supposed
to be a temporary and just for supporting and helping us to build our own
community.
With all the hard works, now we have IRNOG and what if we use the domain
for moving the registered email addresses to the new/local one.
Please advise.
