Dear Hisham Thank you for your interesting statistics. As you know Iran is a developing country with more than 23 Million Users and I think this is nothing for Iran. 2.2 Million IP's has transferred with a lot of problems with sanctions, it could have been much more without sanctions. Let's see the statistics in 2017.
