Hey all, >From the last meeting it was decided that Wojciech and I will take care of the technical backend for the hackathon and that there would be a technical person from each of the nodes available to chat with us about what needs to be done. Please let me know when you have decided who this technical person is for each of the end nodes :). Thanks! -Matt ________________________________ From: peqi-hackathon-orga <peqi-hackathon-orga-bounces at ripe.net> on behalf of Vesna Manojlovic <BECHA at ripe.net> Sent: Friday, September 13, 2019 1:06:36 PM To: peqi-hackathon-orga at ripe.net Subject: [peqi-hackathon-orga] Sending acceptance & rejection confirmations , "1st wave" Hi all, after you have rated the applicants (see below), someone from each location is going to email all the people who are accepted or rejected: - before 30.9. - so that they can arrange their schedule, travel, accommodation - so that they can start preparing for the hackathon I've uploaded the template / draft emails to Trello, and you can adjust them to your own style, and/or language even(?). https://trello.com/c/HWy1lXpq/31-templates-draft-emails-to-applicants In order to get the email addresses, you need to do some magic with the CVS files that you download from the "rating" system. You can still ask questions at the conference call that we will have on 24.9. I am going into all these details because I will NOT BE WORKING for a week 16-20. September, so if you have any questions, please save them till conference call - or ask on the list, maybe someone else can help. Good luck with ratings :) Vesna On 11/09/2019 12:48, Vesna Manojlovic wrote: > Hi, > > I've added all of the people/email addresses on this list to the "review > system": > > https://www.ripe.net/participate/forms/fobi/plugins/form-handlers/db-store/data/46/ > > You can also see the applications until today in this CSV file, and in > the PDF. > > Please check these, and decide on your own criteria on who to invite / > how to rate them . > > I will send another message with instructions on how to inform people if > they are accepted or not... > > Please ask me anything :) > > Regards, > Vesna > > On 30/08/2019 12:23, Vesna Manojlovic wrote: >> Hi, >> >> we have the participants applications system hosted by RIPE NCC. >> >> Everyone who is going to the hackathon should apply/register here: >> >> https://www.ripe.net/participate/forms/apply/peqi/ >> >> Please do it yourself, too! >> >> * so that you test the system, before you promote it to others >> * in order for us to keep track of number of people at each location >> * ... and the food & other preferences >> * & so that we can make you a T-shirt in your size ;-) >> >> >> You can do that in two ways: >> 1.
