[peqi-hackathon-orga] Reviewing the applications

Hi,

I've added all of the people/email addresses on this list to the "review
system":

You can also see the applications until today in this CSV file, and in
the PDF.

Please check these, and decide on your own criteria on who to invite /
how to rate them .

I will send another message with instructions on how to inform people if
they are accepted or not...

Please ask me anything :)
