Thank you, I think that is the right focus for a RIPE working group. To newcomers, please note that we call it the “Working Group Chair _Selection_” process, not _election_. This was a very deliberate choice, intended partially to prevent vote counts from overruling the need of the working groups. We all work together here, and greatly respect the unpaid work done by the chairs for our mutual benefit. Chairs don’t compete to “win” a seat, they volunteer to do hard unpaid work.
