<p>Dear colleagues,<br>
Thank you for your input on the criticality ratings of the LIR
Portal, RIPE NCC Access (SSO), and the email service (MX) in the
three impact areas: global routing, IP addresses and AS Numbers,
and global DNS. <br>
<br>
After further analysis on internal impact areas on the RIPE NCC,
such as financial and legal, some of these ratings have been
increased. You can find in a table on ripe.net the <a
moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://www.ripe.net/support/documentation/service-criticality-rating-of-ripe-ncc-services">final
criticality levels</a> of all the services in scope. <br>
<br>
These ratings could influence a range of decisions, from using
certain cloud services to determining service level objectives or
security controls.<br>
<br>
Best regards,<br>
Theo <br>

Dear Colleagues,<br>
<br>
During the RIPE NCC Services WG session at RIPE 84 in May, we
discussed the Service Criticality Framework
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://ripe84.ripe.net/wp-content/uploads/presentations/101-101-Technology-Update-RIPE-84.pdf">https://ripe84.ripe.net/wp-content/uploads/presentations/101-101-Technology-Update-RIPE-84.pdf</a>
and <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://ripe84.ripe.net/archives/video/811">https://ripe84.ripe.net/archives/video/811</a>). We mentioned that
we would like the Working Group's input on the criticality ratings
for <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="http://www.ripe.net">www.ripe.net</a>, our email service (MX), RIPE NCC Access (SSO)
and the LIR Portal.<br>
<br>
We have completed the forms internally and would like to share
them with you. We hope to receive your feedback by 23 December.<br>
<br>
Best regards,<br>
Theo<br>
