[ncc-services-wg] Process Review: Free RIPE Meeting Tickets for RIPE NCC Members

As a follow up to the email below.
I would like to share here my quarter three Community Engagement report.

In the report I provide more insight on the decision for only issuing free RIPE Meeting tickets per RIPE NCC member rather than per LIR account.
Also in this report, Alvaro Vives - Technical Training and Development Team Manager for our Learning and Development department - joins me to talk about how we balance service quality with cost-efficient planning.
