[ncc-services-wg] 2023-03 Review Phase (Voluntary Transfer Lock)

Hello working group!

> Policy proposal 2023-03, “Voluntary Transfer Lock”, is now in the Review Phase.

In the previous phase we discussed the idea behind this proposal and a first draft policy text. Based on the feedback we got back then we created the current version. The RIPE NCC did an impact analysis based on that.

And now we need you again!

Please let us know if the current policy proposal text and its consequences as described in the impact analysis still match your wants/needs/expectations! In the review phase we need people to confirm that they like what they see.

After we conclude this phase I promise I’ll stop nagging ;) The next phase would be the last-call phase (speak now, or forever hold your peace) and no input from the working group is needed at that point unless someone spots a problem somewhere.

But we are still in the review phase, and that is very much still “no progress without working group participation” territory. So those who would like this proposal to move forward: please speak up!
