It was obvious at the last RIPE meeting that some Ukrainians would like such a lock, and others wouldn’t. One size didn’t fit all. But now everything is locked, without giving the LIRs any choice. That seems wrong to me. RIPE NCC is an association, by and for the members. Cheers, Sander
