[ncc-services-wg] Request for view only access in the LIR Portal

Dear Hank, Kurt, all,

Changing the topic from the agenda to this one :)

We added this to the community input section on our business 
applications roadmap:

We'll investigate possibilities here and add a reaction when ready. In 
the meantime, we would be interested to hear if this is something other 
members would like to see or if there are other aspects of LIR Portal 
access privileges they would like to see us consider.
