[ncc-services-wg] Proposal: optimized rev-DNS operations

Hi Jim,

thanks for the advice.

I always had a different picture of the PDP in my mind, other than Jim
telling me just "no" and "go away".

It sounds now more like an PRP to me - the new "policy rejection process"...
