[ncc-services-wg] Issues with the legal entities from the Russian Federation

We have reviewed the information you provided regarding the official registration documents. We can indeed confirm that for Russian companies and sole traders opened after 1 January 2017, the names of the documents have been updated.

1) Russian companies registered before 01.01.2017: "Свидетельство о государственной регистрации юридического лица" (Certificate of state registration of a legal entity)
2) Russian Sole Traders registered before 01.01.2017: “Свидетельство о государственной регистрации физического лица в качестве индивидуального предпринимателя" (Certificate of state registration of a natural person as an individual entrepreneur)

3) Russian companies registered after 01.01.2017: "Лист записи Единого государственного реестра юридических лиц в отношении юридического лица" (Record sheet EGRUL concerning a legal entity)
4) Russian Sole Traders registered after 01.01.2017: "Лист записи Единого государственного реестра индивидуальных предпринимателей в отношении индивидуального предпринимателя” (Record sheet EGRIP concerning an individual entrepreneur)

Our apologies for the confusion (and for the time it took us to get back to you). As we serve a wide service region, it is not always possible to keep up with all of the legislative developments in our member countries.
