[ncc-services-wg] 2014-06 Review Period extended until 17 December (Publication of Sponsoring LIR for Legacy Internet Resource Holders)

The Review Period has ended and me and Bijal have found that consensus is to move the proposal to last-call. We had 9 people respond in favor of the proposal and noone against. We will therefor move the proposal to Last Call.
