So do I, in general, with the 2 caveats:

- it is not clear, how the NCC will handle "really old" bits and pieces,
  for which back then there was no concept of "documentation" yet, other
  than receiving it (over the phone or other comms.channel) and starting
  to use it as intended.

  Being too strict in this case may actually defeat the goal of getting
  as much as possible of that stuff under a contractual umbrella.

and 2ndly

- given the other proposal to extend Certification to PI resources, I wonder
  whether we need a separate/different approch for LEGACY, and why the option
  of GM was not included in the IA, Section "Resource Certification", like in
  other items?
