The cost of 2007-01 was in establishing contractual relationships with all PI resource holders. We were talking about the cost of legacy resource holders that don't want to sign an agreement and maintain the status-quo. The RIPE NCC doesn't have to do much for those: keep the existing database objects and maybe keep the existing reverse DNS. Nothing else. The major effort will be for those that *do* enter into an agreement (validating their claim to the resources etc), but those will also contribute financially. Just like with 2007-01. Cheers, Sander
