Hi everbody, I'm not quite sure where to raise this issue but here might be somewhere to start. I noticed a couple of RIPE meetings ago that the NCC staff representaion seemed smaller than usual and when talking to those attending they said that they had hear it did not look good with all these people around. Well, my opinion is that RIPE meetings is about the only time to meet the staff in person, which is a good reason to attend. And also, if I have to pay for this number of staff, the RIPE meetings is a chance to actually see them at work. If it "does not look good", then maybe we should consider staff numbers all together. I realise there are travel expenses etc. but it would be interesting to see some figures. I doubt it comes anywhere near i.e. the Atlas project to have a couple more staff around.
