just as an aside - and not symmetric in giving us reliable data:

like *not* seeing it somewhere in a/the DFZ is *not* a firm indication that
a block is not used,

the frequency of updates to the objects in the DB is not necessarily conclusive
either.
Like for the university, which our NREN team left to move to a different one,
some 15 years ago, the addresses are still the same, the people in this shop's
NOC are still the same (for just a few years :-) ).
