A common example is "If you can produce an electricity invoice addressed

That last requirement is interesting when the organisation, as has been
the case with my last two employers, /does not have a street address/,
but instead has a postcode uniquely allocated to it:

Royal Institute of Technology
100 44 Stockholm
Sweden

..and 

Sveriges Radio
105 10 Stockholm
Sweden

Yes, mail is delivered perfectly fine to those addresses.
