[ncc-services-wg] 2012-07 Discussion Period extended until 21 February 2013 (RIPE NCC Service to Legacy Internet Resource Holders)

I like others, do not find this policy proposal to be perfect, but I do 
think it is a more than acceptable compromise. I think that there are 
caveats on sections 2.5 & 2.6 that will cover the danger of abuse, but I 
look forward to Nick telling me that he told us all so as we share a 
pint during the heat death of universe, the NCC long ago having been 
destroyed financially by the burden of LHRs. :)

All jests aside and not ignoring Nick's points, but finding the text 
acceptable, I would like to note my support for this proposal.
