RIPE-452 contains the requirement that the contract between the end-user and the LIR must contain: - Notice that the LIR is responsible for liaising with the resource holder to keep registration records up-to-date So if there is something wrong with the registration records / RIPE database then there is a responsibility for the LIR. - Sander
