[ncc-services-wg] Problem in payment of invoices

Dear Reza,

The RIPE NCC serves a region of 76 countries all with unique issues and
regulations. Over the years we aimed to facilitate payments across the
region by offering a wide range of payment possibilities and supporting
documentation. We understand your frustration with this situation,
however we have no influence over the policies or service guidelines of
relevant financial institutions.
