I have a proposed clarity I like to see added. The document very briefly talks about how and under what conditions these legacy blocks where allocated. I think the document would benefit with clarifying this a bit further. I.e what's the relationship to the IANA registry, to the IR registry, RFC1174 and RFC1466. What happens if the IETF updates the IPv4 registry with a new RFC etc etc. Best regards, - kurtis -
