Hi, Having read through very quickly, I'm in general supportive, but I don't think this belongs in the policy text itself: «It is noted that, as of August 2012, commercial domain-name registrars are able to provide services comparable to the basic services defined above at a tax-inclusive retail price of about twenty euro.» It sounds more like rationale to me (although not a very good one, in my opinion).
