[ncc-services-wg] Verify your LIR Portal email address before 17 October 2011

Since my announcement yesterday, we have been getting quite a number of requests to change the email address that is associated with the LIR Portal *Administrator* account. Up to now this was a manual process that had to be performed by the RIPE NCC, but we have just implemented a change in the LIR Portal so you can do it yourself. Simply log into the LIR Portal with the Administrator credentials and click the 'Change Admin Email' in the let hand menu.
