I noticed this, but then there is always the case of getting it idiot  
proof and finding a bigger idiot.

I think I already gave most of my concern and that is that we end up  
with a new bogon list and might have to go to extensive efforts do  
debogonize address space at very small blocks. Now that's not that  
different from the current issues people are having with the GEO-ip so  
I wonder if this would really solve the problem.
