And how will those networks who only see my aggregate be able to know 
the exact location of all my specifics?

What you're suggesting is just one more incomplete source of information 
from which geoloc services can try to collect some coherent information 
(along with dns and inetnum-db). I read this thread as a request to help 
provide guaranteed accurate geoloc info, and BGP isn't the place for that.
