	I see a communication issue there, not a reason to avoid offering (or
	extending) a service.

	That's one approach.
	Maybe someone who knows will take the hint, and save you the trouble.

	Point taken about attribution of overhead costs.  With appropriate
	clarity of accounting and communication, this should not be a reason
	to avoid [... as above ...] either.
