In cases where we are asked to assign resources to a non-member we will often ask for documentation to let us know exactly who will be receiving the resources. The key issue is that as a registry, we have a responsibility to have a clear record of who a resource is registered to. If you ever have a query about exactly what we're looking for then we're happy to talk it through with you on the telephone if that's easier than e-mail.
