[ncc-services-wg] Local version of Assigment Request Form for LIR

Dear all

I set up a website with the European Request Form for our customer  to make
a request for IP-Addresses below our AW (/26). As i saw the forms changed in
August last year!

RIPE have plans to make a "public" version of either robot or web forms or
both, but it is not a high priority task.

The functionality cold be exacly the same as at the LIR portal. The  finaly
Submit Button sends data to a spezified email address.

 It would be helpfully if one could select a language at the beginnig. 

 All the Texts including the Help could be translated in separate Templates.

A attached Diagram may be attached to the mail. The hold thing should
running independently on the LIR's Webserver. It  could be running as PHP or
Perlscript.

If there is a need for such service, RIPE will make it more prioritive. The
public discussion will also help to determine what is needed first and how
exactly should it work.
