Hello!

I'm looking for 2Mbit/s VLAN or G.703 channel from Frankfurt to Tehran
(better to Turkmenistan border directly) with latency below 200ms. The
target is Internet channel to Shymkent, Kazakhstan.

Is it possible now? Which company can help? Is Flag Telecom alive in Tehran?
