[ncc-announce] [news] The RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2024

Dear colleagues,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2024 took place from 22-24 May 2024.
A total of 1,682 votes were cast. The resolution and election results
are as follows:

Resolution 1:
“The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2023.”

The resolution was approved.

Resolution 2:
"The General Meeting discharges the Executive Board with regard to its
actions as they appear from the Annual Report 2023 and Financial
Report 2023."

The resolution was approved.

Resolution 3:
“The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2025 Model A.”
“The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2025 Model B.”
“The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2025 Model C.”

The General Meeting approved Model C.

The following two candidates were elected to the RIPE NCC Executive Board:
- Sander Steffann
- Piotr Strzyżewski

Congratulations to Sander and Piotr on their election to the RIPE NCC
Executive Board. I would also like to thank outgoing Board member Job
Snijders for his hard work over the last three years. My appreciation
to all members who voted and contributed to the discussions at the GM.
