[ncc-announce] Subject: [GM] Publication of Supporting Documents for GM May 2024

Dear RIPE NCC members,

All supporting documents for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) May 2024 are
now available at:

The documents include:

- RIPE NCC Annual Report 2023

- RIPE NCC Financial Report 2023

- Three options for the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2025

We ask members to read these documents and provide feedback on the Members
Discuss mailing list or during the GM itself. The draft agenda with
resolutions to be voted on is also available at:

https://www.ripe.net/gm/meetings/may-2024/agenda

The agenda will be in draft form until two weeks before the GM. Until this
time, members can propose resolutions, which will need the support of 396
members. A form where members can propose agenda topics and resolutions is
available at:

https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/member-proposals/

The Board asks that questions or comments be sent ahead of the GM to <
agm at ripe.net> to help ensure an efficient meeting. An election will be held
at this GM to fill two seats on the RIPE NCC Executive Board. There are
currently three confirmed candidates.

The deadline to nominate candidates is Wednesday, 1 May 2024. All the
