[ncc-announce] [GM] Register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting November 2023

Dear RIPE NCC members,

On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) November 2023. 

You can register to participate and vote at:
https://my.ripe.net/#/meetings/active 

The GM will take place from 29 November - 1 December at the Sheraton Rome Parco de’ Medici in Rome and online. For those who would like to participate remotely, you can follow the GM via webstream, participate via chat and vote on resolutions electronically. 

The 2024 Activity Plan and Budget will be discussed at the meeting. This document will outline our proposed plans for the coming year and how we intend to pay for and resource those plans. More information about the Activity Plan and Budget timeline and how to provide feedback ahead of the GM is available at:

All supporting documents and proposed resolutions will be posted and announced to the membership by 1 November 2023.

Registration for electronic voting will remain open until 14:00 (UTC+1) on the day of the GM, on 29 November 2023.

1 November - All supporting documents for the GM published
15 November - Deadline for proxy vote nominations
15 November - Deadline for members to propose resolutions
15 November - Deadline to publish final GM agenda
29 November - Close registration for voting at 14:00 (UTC+1)
29 November- GM begins at 16:00 (UTC+1)
1 December - GM closes with announcement of voting results at 10:30 (UTC+1)
