[ncc-announce] [GM] Register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2023

Dear RIPE NCC members,

On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) May 2023. 

You can register to participate and vote at:
https://my.ripe.net/#/meetings/active    

Registration for voting will remain open until 14:30 (UTC+2) on the day of the GM, 24 May 2023.

The GM will take place from 24-26 May at the Rotterdam Ahoy Conference Centre in Rotterdam, adjacent to the RIPE 86 Meeting. For those who would like to participate remotely, you can follow the GM via livestream, participate via chat and vote on resolutions and the Executive Board elections electronically.

The GM provides members with an opportunity to discuss the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC, with reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and Management. 

At the upcoming GM, members will vote on:

- The Executive Board Election to fill three seats 
- The RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2024 
- Adoption of the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2022 
- Discharge of the RIPE NCC Executive Board 

All supporting documents will be posted and announced to the membership by 12 April 2023.

Voting at the RIPE NCC General Meeting

Along with the resolutions, RIPE NCC members will vote to fill three seats on the Executive Board at the upcoming GM. Members will only be able to vote electronically. 

Registration to vote electronically at the GM is now open:

If you wish to vote, you must register by 24 May 2023 at 14:30 (UTC+2). If you have not registered to vote by this deadline you will *not* be able to vote.

Proxy Voting

You can be represented by a third party who is not an authorised member contact or director of your organisation. If you wish to do this, please fill in the proxy form and send it to us using the details on the form by 10 May 2023. Any proxy form sent to us after this date will not be valid.
