A RIPE Meeting takes place over five days, bringing together Internet 
service providers, network operators and other interested parties from 
around the world to:
- Participate in discussions about the policies and procedures used by 
the RIPE NCC to allocate Internet number resources
- Participate in the RIPE Working Group sessions to discuss current 
technical and policy issues
- Share experiences, latest developments and best common practices
- Develop their network of peers in the Internet community
- Network during breaks and socials

CAPIF 1, Almaty, Kazakhstan, 16-17 November 2022

We're hosting the first-ever Central Asia Peering and Interconnection 
Forum (CAPIF 1) in cooperation with the Internet Society and Euro-IX. We 
will be engaging with participants and speakers to discuss core topics 
promoting peering and IXPs in Central Asia. These will include 
legislative and regulatory issues, opportunities for regional and
international connectivity, funding and resources for IXPs, hosting 
CDNs, as well as network security, stability and resilience, including 
MANRS and RPKI.

CAPIF is open to everyone and attendance is free of charge.
