Dear RIPE NCC members, On 18 May 2021, we started calling the 878 RIPE NCC members with outstanding invoices for their 2021 annual contribution. There are currently 144 members that have still not paid, which is down from 231 last year. Starting today, the Standard Service Agreement (SSA) of all members with an outstanding invoice issued in February 2021 will be automatically terminated and we will begin the process to de-register their Internet number resources. This comes 90 days after the due date of the invoice / 120 days after it was first issued. De-registering resources is a critical event for members. For this reason, we spend a lot of time and effort each year attempting to contact those who will be affected. We have already sent four email reminders to these members in March, April (twice) and May. We have also attempted to contact them via their registered email and phone contacts in the LIR Portal [1]. It would help us greatly if you could make sure to pay your invoice by the due date, which is 30 days from being issued. If you would like to check the payment status of your LIR accounts, you can do so in the LIR Portal or by using the payment link on your invoice. ----------------------------------- For Members in Syria and Iran ----------------------------------- We have still not issued the 2021 invoices for our members in Iran and Syria. This means they are *not* included in the above figures and their status as RIPE NCC members will not be affected.
